Job Description
DèConcept Interiors is seeking a dedicated Interior Design Site Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience in supervising or managing civil/interior sites. The role requires on-site oversight, coordination of labor and materials, and frequent travel across Kerala (approximately 50%). A valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of ₹20,00–₹25,00 per month.
- Responsibilities: site supervision, labour/material coordination, and development of construction knowledge.
- Benefits: travel arrangements, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, paid sick leave, and paid time off.
- Preferred languages: Hindi and English. Work location: on the road.
