Job Description
We seek a full-time, in-person Telecaller for our Banjara Hills and KPHB locations. Compensation: ₹20,00–25,00 plus incentives. Applicants must have 3+ years of telecalling experience (healthcare preferred) and be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls; schedule dermatology, cosmetology, hair, and skin consultations.
- Conduct follow-ups; promote PRP/GFC, laser, acne, and pigmentation packages; share offers; handle rescheduling and Google reviews.
- Must be polite, persuasive, and proficient with CRM and Excel; WhatsApp Business experience is a plus.
