Job Description
Unique Solution is seeking a full-time Gas Cutter to perform oxy-fuel cutting of steel plates, pipes, and ship structures in accordance with technical drawings. The Gas Cutter will mark cutting lines, operate torches, nozzles, and regulators, prepare materials, and remove damaged metal to specified tolerances. Responsibilities include maintaining tools and consumables, verifying correct gas pressures and flame characteristics, assisting welders and fitters, inspecting finished cuts, and promptly reporting leaks or hazards. Candidates must strictly follow shipyard safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
