Job Description
Arden Health Care Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Male Customer Relations Executive for our Corporate Office in Amballur, Thrissur. This full-time position (₹13,00–₹15,00/month) requires any degree or Hospital Administration background and a minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred. Candidates must be fluent in English and Malayalam and available for shift duty (8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM).
- Greet and interact with clients; manage appointment scheduling and patient onboarding.
- Maintain accurate patient records and front-office organization.
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
- Oversee office housekeeping, supplies, and professional front-desk operations.
This is an in-person role; candidates must be willing to work assigned shifts and maintain a professional demeanor.
