Job Description
We seek a disciplined Property Sourcing Executive to identify and acquire residential and commercial assets for our portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting market research, sourcing and evaluating properties, inspecting sites, negotiating favorable terms with agents, owners, and developers, and maintaining a structured pipeline and database.
The role requires timely reporting and close coordination with legal and acquisitions teams to finalize transactions. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales, strong negotiation and analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the capacity to work proactively and independently.
