Job Description

Glory Power Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks Customer Support Associates for on-site e-commerce support. Shift and weekly off are rotational. Work schedule: 6 days/week with a 9-hour login (8 hours productive + 1 hour break).

• Languages: Tamil (regional) and basic English reading.
• Eligibility: freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 6 months BPO for higher pay); graduates or undergraduates; age up to 30.
• Compensation: Freshers take-home ₹12,823; Experienced take-home approx. ₹14,00 (range ₹12,00–₹14,00).
• Interview: HR, Operations, and Trainer rounds.
