Job Description

The Inbound Transportation Representative will serve as the primary liaison between Amazon and seller or delivery partners, ensuring timely resolution of partner issues and representing Amazon professionally. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and escalating sensitive cases, recommending process improvements, meeting performance targets, and providing prompt, clear communication to customers and partners.

• Manage correspondence across web and email systems; identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Demonstrate strong time management, concentration, and both independent and team-oriented work skills.
• Requirements: university degree, excellent written and verbal English, familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Word, web browsers, and fast typing.
• Preferred: logistics experience and proficiency with Excel.
