Job Description
Vinp Distilleries seeks an experienced Company Secretary & Legal Officer to manage board, AGM and EGM processes, statutory filings, and compliance with the Companies Act and SEBI. The role includes drafting and negotiating contracts, liaising with regulators and banks, and ensuring strong corporate governance.
- Qualifications: ACS; LLB or LLM.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as an independent Company Secretary with strong corporate law expertise.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent, on-site in Sanjaynagar, Bengaluru.
- Compensation: ₹700,00–₹1,00,00 per year. Benefits: paid sick leave and Provident Fund.
- Requirement: Reliable commute or willingness to relocate.
