Job Description
We are seeking International Customer Support Executives to manage inbound calls from the US, UK, Canada and Australia regarding product, service, billing, and technical inquiries. Agents will document interactions in CRM and be accountable for FCR, CSAT, and SLA targets.
- Full-time, night-shift, rotational schedule; office-based; 5 days/week with rotational weekends off.
- Salary: INR 26,00–34,00/month (~INR 3.9–4.7 LPA) plus incentives and rewards.
- Benefits: two-way cab, medical insurance, PF, paid sick leave, and modern facilities.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year international voice experience, strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
