Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage customer-facing operations across hospitals and diagnostic centers. The role supervises 4 patient service staff and 12–14 outstation sample collectors, ensuring outstanding patient and physician service, timely reporting, accurate sample collection and transport, outstation logistics, appointments, inquiry handling and conversion, head-office coordination, inventory control, filing, people management, reporting and employee tracking.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience with 3–5 years in a managerial position; age 30+.
- Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Telugu and Hindi; mature communicator, strong problem-solver, organized multitasker.
- Compensation: ₹40,00–₹60,00 per month.
