Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive to cultivate strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and maximize retention across our portfolio. The role requires a customer-first approach, strong communication, and effective problem-solving.
- Onboard and train new clients to ensure successful product use.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and support customer growth.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Qualifications: 1–3 years’ experience in customer success or account management, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
