Job Description
Unified Coffee Project is hiring a full-time, permanent Barista All-Rounder. Responsibilities include preparing coffee to SOP, knowing the menu and products, managing inventory, unloading and stocking supplies, performing start/end-of-day procedures (SOD/EOD), operating the POS, and delivering professional, friendly customer service. This is an in-person role with rotational shifts.
- Requirements: Higher Secondary (12th pass) and a minimum of 1 year of barista experience.
- Compensation: ₹16,00–₹26,00 per month. Benefit: paid sick time.
- Ideal candidate: organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling cash and stock duties.
