Job Description
We are seeking a professional Lead Dining Host to oversee guest-facing dining at River House, a five-room bungalow in Periyar. Duties include welcoming guests, taking and fulfilling requests, serving meals, logging feedback, upholding hygiene standards, attending briefings, and coordinating and motivating the dining team. The ideal candidate is hospitable, patient, team-oriented, and fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Preferred: 5+ years’ experience in hotels, restaurants, or cafés and hotel management training. This is a full-time, permanent role with accommodation and meals provided and the option of four days off per month. Compensation: ₹18,00–₹20,00 per month.
