Job Description

KIMS Hospitals seeks a full-time, on-site Stores Assistant to manage receipt of indents, track stock and material details, and enter inventory into systems. Key duties include preparing purchase requisitions, verifying bills and deliveries, maintaining pending purchase orders, coordinating delivery schedules and central stores receipts, handling documentation, and performing other assigned tasks. The role requires effective interdepartmental coordination, timely incident reporting, punctuality, and adherence to workplace discipline.

• Salary: ₹25,00–₹30,00/month
• Benefits: leave encashment, paid sick leave, provident fund
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Experience: minimum 4 years preferred
