Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookings Coordinator to manage reservations and schedules for events and services. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and vendors, confirming bookings, maintaining calendars and booking systems, coordinating logistics, handling inquiries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and preparing daily reports. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in scheduling or customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with booking software and Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail, and flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
