Job Description
We are seeking a professional Guest Service Associate to deliver welcoming, efficient front-line hospitality. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries, and ensure a courteous environment.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform accurate recordkeeping and basic computer tasks.
