Job Description
We are seeking a BRIM Convergent Mediation Operations Specialist to manage mediation sessions across convergent billing platforms, monitor message flows, and resolve mediation discrepancies to ensure accurate usage and billing records. The role involves implementing and maintaining mediation rules, preserving data integrity, and optimizing processing performance in collaboration with engineering, billing, and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Experience with BRIM or convergent billing mediation tools
- Strong SQL, data parsing, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication
