Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Executive to cultivate strong customer relationships, increase retention, and maximize lifetime value. You will manage multichannel communications (email, chat, social), design and execute engagement campaigns, analyze feedback and performance metrics, coordinate with sales and product teams, and resolve escalations.
