Job Description
Thiram Sports Academy invites applications for a full-time Rifle and Pistol Coach to instruct children and adults (beginner to intermediate). The coach will provide age-appropriate training focused on safety, technique, mental focus, discipline, and sportsmanship; enforce range protocols; monitor performance; prepare students for internal, district, and state competitions; and deliver individualized feedback.
- Requirements: NRAI Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent), 1–3 years of coaching experience (preferably with youth), comprehensive firearm safety and handling knowledge, and a patient, structured coaching style.
- On-site position. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
