Job Description
Parrot AI Private Limited seeks an experienced Family Lawyer to manage High Court family disputes remotely. Responsibilities include advising clients, drafting pleadings and agreements, representing clients before the High Court of Calcutta (Kolkata), conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and maintaining timely client communication.
- Requirements: LLB (LLM preferred); licensed to practice before the High Court of Calcutta (Kolkata); thorough knowledge of Family Law and High Court procedure.
- Must demonstrate strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills; experience in divorce, custody, and property disputes; excellent English and regional language proficiency; able to work independently.
- Position: Freelance, 7-day contract; Compensation: ₹10,967.41–₹43,620.17/month; Remote.
