GUIDEYU OFFICE SPACE is seeking a seasoned commercial real estate broker for a full-time, permanent Sales Associate position. Competitive compensation up to ₹500,00 per year.

• Responsibilities: source and manage listings, acquire and advise clients, conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close leases or sales.
• Qualifications: proven commercial brokerage experience, strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work on-site.
