Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor to lead daily warehouse outbound operations, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch. The role includes scheduling and coaching staff, conducting inventory and quality checks, coordinating with carriers, and driving KPI attainment. The supervisor will enforce safety standards and utilize the Warehouse Management System to monitor workflows.
- Requirements: 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics or distribution; strong leadership and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with WMS and safety regulations; ability to work shifts.
