Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Vendor Coordinator to manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient product flow to our retail locations. The role includes vendor onboarding, negotiating terms, monitoring inventory and deliveries, issuing and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring contract and quality compliance.

• Resolve discrepancies and coordinate invoicing with finance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, and finance
• Require strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel; 2+ years in retail or supply chain preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; proactive and detail-focused approach required
