Job Description
COFFEA is hiring an Assistant Chef to support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation (chopping, sauce preparation, measuring), accurate recipe execution for consistency, inventory support (stock rotation, receiving deliveries), maintaining kitchen organization and sanitation, collaborating with the head chef and team, and following food-safety and waste-management procedures.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent; suitable for entry-level candidates.
- Preferred qualifications: completion of 10th grade and approximately 1 year of cooking/food-industry experience; basic English communication skills.
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹18,00 per month. Meals provided.
- In-person role; reliable commute or willingness to relocate with employer relocation support preferred.
