Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Service Marketing Executive to drive workshop business through structured service follow-ups, customer engagement, and reactivation of lapsed clients.
- Contact customers for due or missed services and schedule next-day appointments
- Promote value-added services and resolve queries via CRM/Works Manager
- Analyze lost-customer cases, execute reacquisition plans, and maintain accurate customer records
Requirements: Graduate/diploma/+2 with 0–2 years’ experience; strong customer-handling and telesales skills; disciplined follow-up and adherence to processes; basic knowledge of automobile service operations preferred. Experience in 2-wheeler automotive, KPO/call center, finance/insurance, retail, or real estate is an advantage. Full-time, permanent role. Salary ₹120,00–₹144,00/year plus benefits.
