myG Future seeks a full-time Receptionist to deliver professional, empathetic customer service at our Ernakulam Marine Drive office. The role involves handling phone, email, and chat inquiries; greeting visitors; maintaining CRM interaction records; and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Requirements: 0–2 years customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, composed under pressure, and a customer-first mindset.
