Job Description
Punnamada Resorts invites applications for a full-time Sous Chef. Salary: ₹30,00–₹40,00/month. The ideal candidate will lead kitchen operations with proven experience as a Senior CDP or Sous Chef and demonstrated expertise in Kerala and South Indian cuisine.
- Develop menus and maintain food quality, hygiene, and portion control
- Manage inventory, food costing and stock control
- Supervise, train and motivate kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and be willing to relocate to Alappuzha
