Job Description
Elite Services India is hiring two experienced mortgage underwriters for a non-voice role during US market hours (9:30 PM–5:30 AM). The position involves evaluating mortgage files; verifying property types and comparables; assessing IRA income; reviewing condominium questionnaires; resolving appraisal zoning and explaining appraisal approaches; and evaluating reserves, liquidity, solar lien issues, and surface versus subsurface rights and utilities.
- Requirements: Demonstrated mortgage underwriting and document-analysis experience; knowledge of collections, payment defaults, bankruptcy waiting periods, garnishment, and S‑corporation treatment.
