Job Description
MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks a full-time, in-person Non-IT Recruiter in Noida 63 (₹15,00–₹30,00/month). Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruitment experience in FMCG, FMCD, Manufacturing, Retail, or E‑commerce; immediate joiners preferred.
- Manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment: source via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and social platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews, feedback and client communication.
- Handle offers, negotiations and onboarding; maintain MIS, trackers and daily reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business preferred), strong communication, sourcing and negotiation skills, target-driven and able to manage multiple roles.
