Job Description:
We are seeking an Accounts Executive to maintain our accounts receivable and payable processes. Responsibilities include documenting bills, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming the validity of debts, and gathering signatures.
Detailed Requirements:
Update financial records via accounting software
Gather payroll expenses and input them into the appropriate entry line
Prepare quarterly budgets under the guidance of senior management
Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: $15,00
