Job Description
Jyoti Hospital & Urology Centre seeks a polite, organized Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time role (10 hours/day) in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing petty cash, guiding patients, maintaining records, and coordinating with staff. Candidates should have completed 12th grade (graduates preferred), be fluent in English and Hindi, and comfortable with basic computers and hospital software. Prior reception or healthcare experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is pleasant, patient, and capable of multitasking.
