Job Description

MASTER MIND CONSULTANCY in Gurgaon is seeking a Service Assistant with 1–4 years of experience to support Relationship Managers and Advisors. The role involves managing client queries, follow-ups and daily servicing while maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking tasks.

• Assist client onboarding, handle documentation and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure timely closure of requests.
• Maintain high standards of organization, attention to detail and communication.
