Job Description
BRL Tech seeks a Junior CRM Implementation Coordinator to support CRM rollouts for business clients. This full-time, in-person role in Bavdhan, Pune involves assisting with CRM configuration, participating in client meetings, documenting requirements and minutes of meetings, and providing progress updates.
- Coordinate internal teams to resolve queries and provide post‑go‑live support.
- Monitor user adoption, collect feedback, and maintain clear documentation.
- Communicate effectively via email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets).
Ideal candidates are graduates or freshers (0–1 year) with strong communication, follow‑up discipline, documentation and coordination skills. Willingness to learn CRM concepts—training provided. Annual compensation: ₹160,00–₹200,00.
