Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Coding Analyst to accurately translate clinical documentation into standardized codes for diagnoses, procedures, services, and equipment.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Healthcare BPO with emergency medicine (multispecialty) exposure.
• Credentials: CPC preferred.
• Expertise: Strong outpatient emergency medicine and procedure coding; ability to serve as an SME and identify documentation deficiencies.
• Other: At least 1 year of computer experience; effective oral and written English.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM IST; subject to shift changes, overtime, and occasional weekends.
