Job Description
IPCS Global seeks a full-time Academic Counselor to advise prospective students on program selection, admissions, and career pathways. Responsibilities include handling inquiries (phone, walk-ins, online), assessing student needs, recommending appropriate courses, tracking leads in CRM, and executing timely follow-up to convert prospects into enrollments. The counselor will collaborate with marketing on events, maintain accurate admission records, and ensure high student satisfaction in a target-driven environment.
- Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in counseling or educational sales, bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, goal-oriented.
- Technical: proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools; in-person work.
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month.
