Job Description
Al Taza, a family-owned Lebanese restaurant established in 2019, is seeking professional Customer Relations Executives for IVR telecalling. This full-time, on-site night shift (5:00 PM–12:30 AM) role offers ₹15,00–₹18,00/month and health insurance.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries, explaining menu items and promotions, generating leads, scheduling appointments, updating customer records, following up to convert sales, resolving customer complaints, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Requirements: strong verbal communication, polite and courteous demeanor, and basic computer skills.
