Job Description
Green Start Jobs seeks a Relationship Officer for Loan Against Property (LAP) in Kanchi to manage and expand a portfolio of secured property loans. The incumbent will originate and onboard new clients, maintain and deepen existing relationships, evaluate loan applications, perform due diligence and credit assessments, and ensure timely processing and disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio performance and manage delinquencies.
- Meet sales targets while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
Strong communication and sales skills, with prior retail lending experience preferred.
