Job Description
Hiring Guru seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage our J P Nagar 6th Phase office and lead the travel desk. This full-time, hybrid role oversees office supplies, vendor relations, petty cash, and budgeting; maintains databases; coordinates travel and accommodations; and supports People & Culture with events and training.
- Requirements: strong communication, vendor management, reporting, event logistics, and invoice follow-up skills.
- Compensation: up to ₹360,00/year. Benefits: health insurance and provident fund.
- Ideal candidate: proactive, organized, and able to prioritize high‑priority logistical needs and ancillary events.
