Job Description
MAPPAS RESTAURANT seeks a full-time Juice Maker to prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and beverages with strict attention to hygiene, speed, and courteous customer service. This permanent position offers a monthly salary of ₹18,00–₹20,00 and includes meals.
- Wash, peel, and prepare fruits; operate juicers and blenders.
- Receive orders and prepare drinks to specification, maintaining quality and freshness.
- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and compliance with food-safety procedures.
- Support inventory management, report low stock, process payments, and deliver friendly service.
Preferred candidates have prior beverage service experience and knowledge of fruit pairings and healthy combinations. Work location: on-site.
