Job Description
Vel Systems seeks a professional Service Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers at our service center. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls/WhatsApp/emails, registering service requests, creating job cards, updating the CRM, coordinating with service coordinators and technicians, providing service status and estimated timelines, assisting with basic billing acknowledgements, and maintaining accurate service records.
- Qualifications: Any graduate or diploma; 0–2 years preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Skills: Strong communication in English (Tamil preferred), customer-focused attitude, basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, email); IT/electronics knowledge is a plus.
- Employment: Full-time, onsite, 6 days/week. Salary ₹15,00–20,00/month; benefits include cell phone reimbursement and leave encashment.
