Job Description
Mallcom India is seeking a Lasting Incharge to oversee daily lasting operations for closed and safety footwear at the Chandipur facility. The role includes toe, side, heel and seat lasting; inspection of uppers, toe caps, counters and pre-lasting materials; training and supervising operators and helpers; reducing defects such as wrinkles, misalignment and poor heel seat; maintaining lasting machines; and ensuring production targets, safety and technical compliance.
