Job Description
Titan Company seeks an experienced Chain Machine Operator to maintain daily production with minimal inventory and ensure uninterrupted raw-material availability for weaving machines. Responsibilities include verifying alloy composition and purity across karats and colors, performing precise alloy calculations for FY26 4‑ton roll chain output, and setting crucibles and dies. Operate rough rolling, annealing, wire‑drawing, and flattening processes to micron tolerances, and adjust annealing parameters, wire/strip loading, machine speed, winder torque, and pitch.
- Implement and document TPM, 5S, IMS, and OHSMS practices
- Ensure 100% gold accounting and lead CAPA for quality rejections
- Train NEEM trainees and drive kaizen improvements to meet lead‑time and quality targets
