Job Description
Cosmetiq Hospital is seeking a full-time Customer Relations Executive to manage CRM and convert leads into confirmed visits. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, tracking inquiries from calls, website, social media and campaigns, and performing timely follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp and email. The role also involves scheduling consultations, coordinating appointments, generating reports on leads and conversions, and collaborating with marketing teams and agencies to support campaigns and collect feedback. Candidates must ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital service standards. This is an on-site position with a starting salary of ₹15,00 per month.
