Job Description
We are seeking a professional Front Office Associate to manage guest check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, room assignments, C Form processing for foreign guests, transport arrangements, property information, and upselling.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star property; hospitality/tourism diploma holders will be considered.
- Strong customer service and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.
- English required; Hindi preferred.
- Full-time, permanent position; on-site attendance mandatory.
- Salary: ₹18,00–₹22,00 per month. Benefits include food, health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
