Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Retail Sales Associate for our in-person store. Freshers are welcome. Compensation: ₹15,00/month.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, assess needs, and recommend appropriate eyewear.
• Explain product features, promotions, and after-sales services; coordinate in-store eye tests with optometrists.
• Maintain attractive displays, manage inventory, and ensure accurate sales entries and billing (cash/UPI).
• Achieve monthly sales targets, support store SOPs and KPIs, participate in promotional activities, and deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
