Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Ice Cream & Gelato Production Technician to produce frozen desserts following standard recipes and FSSAI hygiene standards. Duties include preparing bases, mixes, and flavors; operating batch freezers and storage; monitoring temperatures; managing materials and waste; and supporting flavor development and daily production planning.
- Experience preferred; freshers with training will be considered
- Basic food-safety knowledge, machine handling, and strict SOP adherence
- Flexible shift availability
- Diploma or certificate in bakery, pastry, dairy, or food production preferred
Salary: ₹10,00–13,00/month plus incentives.
