Job Description
Madona Industries seeks a diligent Machinery Operator to operate production equipment precisely, maintain product quality, and achieve daily targets. The role requires machine setup (size, material, alignment), quality and waste monitoring, routine checks and basic maintenance, accurate production logs, and collaboration with supervisors and design/production teams. This is an operator position, not an assistant role; candidates must follow instructions, demonstrate attention to detail, handle materials carefully, and adhere to time, quality, and safety standards.
- Preferred: experience with printing, laser/CNC/UV/digital press, or binding machines; basic mechanical/electrical knowledge; manufacturing or signage background.
- Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Full-time, in-person. Salary: ₹10,00–₹29,234.71/month.
