Job Description
The Material Coordinator oversees procurement, inventory control, and the timely delivery of materials to support production and project schedules. Core responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, liaising with suppliers, scheduling and tracking shipments, inspecting incoming goods, and maintaining accurate inventory and purchasing records.
- Maintain inventory systems and generate stock reports
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries
- Inspect received materials and verify quality
