Job Description
myG Digital Hub seeks a polite, well-groomed Guest Relations Officer to professionally serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests and senior management, ensuring timely service during meetings and office hours. The role requires maintaining cleanliness of the pantry, meeting rooms, and serving areas; arranging and cleaning cups, trays, and utensils; refilling pantry items and reporting stock needs. Candidates must observe strict hygiene, proper etiquette, confidentiality, punctuality, and discipline. Basic tea and coffee preparation skills are required; no formal qualification is necessary.
