Job Description
Edujam LLP seeks a full-time Student Support Representative to provide professional assistance to learners. Responsibilities include responding to student inquiries, resolving issues professionally, providing product information, and handling orders, returns, and refunds. Accurately document all interactions in the CRM and collaborate with internal teams to address concerns. Build rapport with students and support referral generation.
